A major milestone for TB prevention in Tajikistan!🎉 📆On 5th June 2026, the first participant in the SCAF-TB project in #Tajikistan was tested with #SIILTIBCY. An important and exciting step towards making #TB infection (TBI) testing more accessible, reliable, and scalable. This milestone represents: 🦾progress towards earlier detection of #TBI among contacts, 🦾 stronger linkage to TB preventive treatment (#TPT), and 🦾 a future in which TB elimination in Tajikistan comes closer within reach. A big congratulations to the #KNCVTajikistan team, participants and all partners who have worked so hard to make this possible.
