Recently, our colleague Kristian van Kalmthout joined Tanyaradzwa Nicolette Dube from our partner organization The Aurum Institute to share early insights on KNCV's Aida in #SouthAfrica. The webinar was hosted by the #TBThinkTank and the learnings so far are encouraging: 📈>80% of people actively engaged with Aida 🫶Emotional support is a major and often unmet need ❓People have questions between clinic visits, and actively seek answers 💬Engagement is dynamic, shaped by people’s real needs, not just reminders These insights underline an important truth: #TB care doesn’t stop at the clinic.
