Built to Connect. Designed to Wow. Knauf Egypt relocated its headquarters to Cairo Festival City, creating a flexible, high performing workplace that balances collaboration and focus. The design delivers impact with clean lines and sculptural ceiling forms, elevating the visual experience. Acoustic comfort was central, with multi-material mineral, wood wool, and gypsum ceilings reducing reverberation and improving speech privacy. A single floor plan offers meeting rooms, focus booths, collaborative hubs, a cafeteria, and a showroom - giving teams choice and control over how they work.
