The focus: energy consumption data (water, gas, electricity) from a production environment, linked with product formulations and machine settings. Using machine learning and statistical analysis methods, the students explore which factors influence energy usage โ and where opportunities lie for more efficient and sustainable processes. ๐ค The findings provide a solid foundation for deeper root-cause analyses and data-driven sustainability initiatives at Knauf. Itโs a great example of how young talents can create real impact through applied research.
