Making grocery e-commerce scalable takes more than technology. It takes a clear view of the entire value chain. At the Austrian Logistics Day by Verein Netzwerk Logistik - VNL Österreich in Linz, we at KNAPP showed how data-driven logistics can turn complexity into clear, actionable processes – from order to delivery. Together with El Corte Inglés we shared practical insights into demand prediction, real-time resource planning, automated fulfillment and proactive exception handling.
