KM2 Solutions is looking for a Human Resources Generalist (BPO)  Major Responsibilities: Include the following and any other duties that may be assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Partner with managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidate. Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews Manage applicant/interview/hire reports. Administer background investigations with administrative assistance. Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. Ability to handle confidential material Partner with other HR staff for event planning activities. Establishing new employee files Providing statistical reports to management for employment data Updating center management staff on employment environment. Developing profile descriptions, skills, qualifications, competencies, certifications and experience for the position. Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, word processing, HRM database maintenance, etc. Comply with all of the established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above. Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by direct supervisor. Education Experience and Interpersonal Skills Degree in Human Resources/ Business Management/ or equivalent.
