𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀. 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱. This month, we're celebrating a milestone at KLK OLEO Surfactants: Omar, Marco, Roman and Tabea have completed their traineeship with us, and what a ride it's been. Between them, they rotated through the front desk, shipping, finance, marketing, chemical purchasing, customer service, technical purchasing, HR and SHEQ, picking up hands on experience across nearly every corner of the business. Omar and Marco have been part of the KLK OLEO family for 3 years, Tabea for 4, and Roman joined more recently but made his mark just as fast. So what's next for each of them? Marco and Tabea are staying with us and stepping into new roles as Sales Assistants in Customer Service. We're excited to keep working alongside them. Omar is heading off to continue his education at BMS. We can't wait to see where that takes him. Roman is chasing a different kind of goal: he's pursuing a career as a professional footballer. We're rooting for him from the sidelines. To all four of you: thank you for your energy, curiosity and hard work across every department you touched. You made the company better for having been here.
