𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸.   With high temperatures returning, the impact is felt across the work floor every day.   Our team in Delden shared what it means to work in an industrial environment during hot summer days. Under these conditions, extra attention is needed, because the safety, health, and well-being of our people always come first. On the hottest days, additional measures are put in place to help keep the workplace as safe and comfortable as possible: • Plenty of drinking water and hydration options • Adjusted work schedules where possible • Extra breaks throughout the day • Increased awareness of the signs of heat stress   Day after day, our colleagues keep production running safely and reliably, with dedication, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of responsibility, even when conditions are challenging.
