🎯 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: 𝟮𝟮 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗟𝗞 𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗢 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲   Here's something worth celebrating: within days of finishing their training, participants were already applying what they learned to real projects, and the results are already showing up in day to day operations.   22 participants from KLK EMMERICH GmbH (Germany) and KLK Temix SpA (Italy) have successfully completed the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training.   Over two intensive days, participants built strong capabilities in structured problem solving based on the DMAIC methodology, followed by a knowledge test. The key focus was immediate application. The newly acquired skills were directly applied in real improvement projects. As a result, teams identified and generated projects that:   ✅ reduced waste ✅ optimized processes ✅ created measurable value   At the same time, bringing together participants from different departments strengthened cross functional collaboration and reinforced a shared mindset of continuous improvement.   On 26 June 2026, all participants were awarded their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate after successfully passing the test. The certificates were presented by Dr Bors ABELE , COO KLK OLEO Europe.   Congratulations to all participants on this achievement.
