ING Poland sfinansował nabycie przez Grupę ERA Park centrum handlowego Ferio Wawer w Warszawie. Ferio Wawer to nowoczesne centrum typu convenience, łączące funkcje handlowe, usługowe i rekreacyjne z kilkudziesięcioma lokalami handlowo-usługowym. Transakcja wpisuje się w strategię ekspansji Grupy ERA Park , która koncentruje się na obiektach pierwszego wyboru w miastach regionalnych i kluczowych dzielnicach dużych miast. Portfel parków handlowych Grupy obejmuje m.in. obiekty w Iławie, Wieluniu, Radomsku oraz warszawskim Rembertowie. KLBF Kycia Legal miała przyjemność doradzać ING Poland w związku z tym finansowaniem. Ferio Wawer is a modern convenience-type centre combining retail, services and leisure functions, with several dozen retail and service units. The transaction is in line with the Era Park Group’s expansion strategy focused on first-choice retail schemes in regional cities and key districts of large urban areas. The Group’s portfolio of retail parks includes, among others, assets in Iława, Wieluń, Radomsko and Warsaw’s Rembertów district. KLBF Kycia Legal had the pleasure of advising ING Poland in connection with this financing, including in particular the preparation and negotiation of the finance documentation as well as support in the funding process and the establishment of the security package.
