On Wednesday I had the privilege of attending Meet the Bar: Afternoon Panel and Networking Dinner at The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn after being selected as one of five students to represent the University of Aberdeen. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with law students from across the UK and to gain valuable insights into life at the Bar. Throughout the evening, I had the opportunity to speak with a range of barristers and judges who generously shared their experiences and offered deeper insight into the route to becoming a barrister. Hearing their journeys and advice has given me a clearer understanding of the path ahead. A great evening all round and I’m very thankful for the opportunity!
