Spain made food waste measurement a legal obligation – and enforcement started this month. Ley 1/2025 means hotels, restaurant chains, and catering operators have to track their kitchen losses and show improvements. Revista HOSTELERÍA, one of Spain’s most-read hospitality trade publications, is covering this extensively, and KITRO is the solution they’re spotlighting.
