We made it into the NZZ. A full page! 🗞️ With all the rough patches we hit along the way, milestones like this mean a lot to us. We’ve been building KITRO since 2017, when investors told us the market wasn’t ready. We watched almost every customer pause or cancel during COVID. But we kept going, because we have a problem to solve and a clear goal: In five to ten years, measuring food waste should be as normal in a professional kitchen as tracking energy or water consumption. Not a “sustainability initiative.” Just how kitchens run. Seeing KITRO in print in one of Switzerland’s most widely read papers makes us feel one step closer to making this a reality.
