Technology is fascinating. I enjoy learning new platforms, exploring new capabilities, and solving complex technical problems. But after more than 20 years working with enterprise customers, I've come to appreciate that technology is only half the conversation. The other half is understanding the people using it. - What are they trying to accomplish? - What's keeping them up at night? - How will this help their team work better? The most successful projects I've been part of weren't successful because the technology was perfect. They were successful because everyone understood the goal and worked together to achieve it. I've found that when business objectives and technical solutions stay aligned, everyone wins. That's a lesson that's stayed with me throughout my career.
