One of the most insightful takeaways from my journey to London, UK, has been understanding how climate change is increasingly shaping the lives of young people, not only through environmental impacts but also through jobs, livelihoods, skills, and migration. Engaging with donors, practitioners, changemakers, and friends from around the world gives us invaluable perspectives on the complex challenges we face and the opportunities to build a more inclusive and resilient future. These conversations reinforced an important reality: preparing young people for the future is no longer just about education or employability. It is about equipping them with the skills, resilience, and adaptability needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Visiting new places can often be a lonely journey. Yet, every conversation with sector leaders, donor community members, practitioners, school friends, and like-minded people who understand and relate to the work has been energising. These interactions build confidence, open new possibilities, and inspire you to keep moving forward, meeting more people, and sharing the vision of scaling the impact of Bright Future across India and globally. I am deeply grateful to everyone who took the time to connect, listen, exchange ideas, and express a willingness to collaborate and support the cause. These conversations reaffirm my belief that meaningful change happens when passionate people come together around a shared purpose-creating opportunities and brighter futures for young people from underserved communities🌍✨ Raju Kendre Ashif Shaikh Adam Habib arun kumar Kumar Preetam Puri Pranay Karuna Shalini Arora Havovi Wadia Coen Kompier Donald Lobo #ClimateAction #YouthDevelopment #SkillsForFuture #SocialImpact #Collaboration #BrightFuture #FutureOfWork #Livelihoods #YouthEmpowerment
