"If Brands want to stay relevant, they need to meet their customers where they are." Read a McKinsey article about Luxury, Fashion and AI. (Seems like a hot topic; Everyone wants to see it, but nobody wants to touch it.) What my takeaway from this article, from the changing landscape of Luxury, and from shifting consumer preference is; "If brands want to stay relevant, they need to match their customer's belief." And now a days, Consumer believes in transparency Consumer believes in experience Consumer believes in well being Consumer believes in quality over blind trust on brand name. Consumer believes in words of mouth (and words of AI) So, the real question arises, how can luxury brands do it? Where do they need to stand to see themselves the way consumers wish to see them, without losing the brand identity?
