To help lead this charge, I am thrilled to share a newly shaped opportunity within my team for a Payroll Systems Lead. In this role, you will be the ultimate SME for our payroll systems landscape. You will take ownership of driving current system improvements, efficiencies, and compliance (utilising iChris and Workday), while also playing a pivotal role in evaluating integrations and additional software for our future state. ๐ Why this role is exciting: While we are looking for strong upfront knowledge to support our current state (iChris & Workday), this is so much more than a BAU maintenance role. You will be at the forefront of our transformation, with incredible opportunities to learn, develop, and work with new systems and processes as we evolve.
