Board Director | Strategic Advisor | Helping leaders navigate what comes next | One of life’s enthusiasts

Over the past few months I've been sharing interviews from Zurich's Product Management Festival. These interviews are part of the DRIVENxDESIGN “Made for People” series, where we speak to leaders from the global product community. Today's interviewee is Thilo Alex Brunner, Head of Design at On Ag, Founder of BMCO Industrial Design AND Associate Professor at ECAL University of Art and Design Lausanne. Thilo takes us through the streamlining of On's design process over the past 10 years — from trial and error to a more natural approach. He also shares his views on the importance of the exec & the board having a common understanding of the value of design. Check out the interview: https://lnkd.in/gQdEw_S And show notes: https://lnkd.in/ga-a7dn As always, big thank you to Agnes Szeberenyi for organzing the talent and Patrick Daly for producing this series.
