It was great to spend time on site in Wiesbaden at the headquarters of SOKA-BAU. The kick-off of the SOKA-BAU CROSS-KI Arbeitsgruppe marked the beginning of a structured, internal, cross-functional AI initiative initiated by Michael Dr. Fahl and driven from within the organization. The session was moderated by David Scheer, who played a key role in guiding the discussion and shaping the framework of the group. The workshop focused on building a shared understanding of objectives and expectations, clarifying the strategic starting point, and establishing a solid working structure for the next phase. ⭕️KI Park ecosystem and collaboration formats were introduced in this context, participants were connected to relevant expert groups, and an initial roadmap with concrete next steps was outlined. What stood out was the strong sense of ownership in the room: the group engaged openly and constructively, with clear motivation to actively take responsibility for shaping the AI journey ahead.
