The Abu Dhabi International Airport Midfield Complex plays a key role in the Abu Dhabi 2030 plan, which aims to transform the desert into the "Garden of the Gulf." Its innovative design embraces the natural environment while meeting the demands of the capital’s rapid growth. To achieve the unique and complex roof curves that define the building’s architecture, our KingZip SF Infiniti standing seam roofing system was used. This system, which can be manufactured onsite using mobile forming and curving machines, enabled the creation of very long roof sheets without the need for end laps. This approach not only provided flexibility for the intricate design but also significantly sped up the construction process.
