This morning, Kingfisher colleagues were treated to an energising and inspiring talk from Heather Fisher, sports personality and internationally renowned England rugby player, as part of our Pride 2026 month of celebration.      Heather shared powerful reflections on resilience and building high‑performing teams as well as timely reminders of the strength that comes from creating environments where everyone can truly belong.     At Kingfisher, Pride is for everyone, whether colleagues are part of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally. It’s about showing up, staying curious, and doing our bit every day to support a more inclusive culture.      Thank you to everyone who joined the session and to our All4ONE colleague network for bringing these important conversations to life. 👏
