Last week, we hosted our Innovation Lab Summit 2026 at our beautiful Kinepolis cinema in Leidschendam, the Netherlands. The Summit is the annual highlight of our ongoing Innovation Lab program and brings together idea pitches from employees across the globe. This year, 17 ideas took the stage, competing for four awards: Public’s Choice, Most Promising, Most Creative, and Most Impactful Idea. The winners not only receive a prestigious innovation award but are also rewarded with a trip to Barcelona (CineEurope), Las Vegas (CinemaCon), or Cannes. Beyond the inspiring presentations during this 2-day event and the pride of our contestants, the Innovation Lab Summit remains a highly anticipated moment to connect and strengthen team spirit across borders.
