Democracy is not guaranteed. It is under pressure and it depends on participation. Across the world, democratic values are being challenged. Trust is eroding. Polarization is growing. What once felt stable can no longer be taken for granted.   Democracy doesn’t disappear overnight. It weakens when people disengage. Democracy starts at work. But it doesn’t end there.   At Pixida Group and Kinematixx, we believe participation is a responsibility. Giving people a voice. Encouraging engagement. Local governments shape the environments we live and work in: infrastructure, education, digital ecosystems, and economic stability. Strong local institutions are the foundation of a stable democracy and a resilient economy. Democracy needs people who show up.   Use your voice. Go vote - at the polling station or by postal vote.
