I was delighted to hear from Steven Milne, Group Director of Strategy at Fifth Ring, as part of EIC Survive & Thrive. Fifth Ring’s story is a strong example of #resilience through #diversification, powered by the #culture of their people and business. They help ambitious B2B companies own their markets, combining 30 years of sector expertise with a commercially accountable marketing model that links brand positioning directly to sales and revenue outcomes. Businesses that thrive in uncertainty treat their own expertise with the same rigour they apply to clients. By developing Predictive Revenue for themselves, Fifth Ring achieved a 179% increase in inbound enquiries, a 264% rise in won deal value, and £688k in closed revenue. Moving into semiconductors—an extension of their energy expertise— also delivered £236k in the first year. Fifth Ring prove that growth comes not from doing more of the same, but from taking what you do best to where it’s genuinely needed, with confidence and evidence behind you.
