"Behind every women is an army of women hyping her up." 🚀 This year's her.CAREER slogan could not have been more on point. Probably there are rarely places where so many inspiring women (and men) come together, exchange ideas, learn from each other, laugh together and form a network. These were my three highlights: 👉🏻 In Munich I met many people for the first time "in real life" with whom I have been networking on LinkedIn for a long time - for example Dr. Julia Freudenberg, Cawa Younosi, Nina Strassner, Nadja Yang, Vera Schneevoigt, Andrea Martin, Aylin Karabulut, Victoria Riess, Bettina Buhr, Stephanie Armbruster and many more. It showed me once again how valuable digital networks are, but also how incredibly exciting it is to finally meet all these people for a personal exchange. 👉🏻 Book presentations & talks by: - Dr. med. Ich frage trotzdem mal. - Janina Kugel - IT’S NOW Leben, führen, arbeiten - Wir kennen die Regeln, jetzt ändern wir sie. - Kenza Ait Si Abbou - Keine Panik, ist nur Technik. Warum man auf Algorithmen super tanzen kann und wie wir ihnen den Takt vorgeben. - Katharina Schulze - Mut geben statt Angst machen - Politik für eine neue Zeit. 👉🏻 The enthusiasm for our #SheTransformsIT initiative is great. Not only did I meet many partners at the fair, but I also got to talk to completely new people who were immediately enthusiastic and wanted to support us.
