𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 The 𝗛𝗥 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗞𝗜𝗘𝗧 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, successfully concluded the 𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟯–𝟭𝟳 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The programme commenced with an inspiring address by 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗷 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗿𝗮𝗼 (𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿), followed by insightful sessions from 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗷 𝗚𝗼𝗲𝗹 (𝗣𝗿𝗼 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿), 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘆 (𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 – 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀), and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗮 (𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿). Faculty members also interacted with the Deans and Functional Heads of the University, including 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗯𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘃 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗷𝗮 (𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 – 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲), 𝗗𝗿. 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗵𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 (𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 – 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻), representatives from the Examination Cell, and other academic and administrative leaders. Over five days, the programme introduced the newly joined faculty members to the University's academic ecosystem, teaching and learning practices, institutional policies, research and support systems, digital platforms, and the collaborative work culture at KIET. The programme concluded with an 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤&𝗔 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗷 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗿𝗮𝗼 (𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿), providing the new faculty members with an opportunity to share their experiences, seek guidance, and interact directly with the University leadership.
