The Day-2 of Faculty Development Programme on 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿: 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗘𝗿𝗮 organized by the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗖𝗥𝗣𝗖, concluded with session focused on improving the student-teacher connection by understanding the high impact of effective communication in the classroom led by 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗮, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱-𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗖𝗥𝗣𝗖. The session introduced the participants to the four pillars of high-impact communication - verbal & non-verbal skills, voice & storytelling, active listening, and difficult conversations. The participants were introduced to the 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆-𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁, 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻-𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻- 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 through activities and case studies. The session was well received, and the participants actively engaged throughout the session. The second session of the day titled "𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁, 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿" 𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘂 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗿, 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. - 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗖𝗥𝗣𝗖 which empowered faculty members to strengthen their professional presence through interactive activities, ethical dilemma discussions, role plays, AI and digital etiquette, workplace behaviour, and reflective practices.
