𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 | 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿: 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗘𝗿𝗮 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗖𝗥𝗣𝗖 inaugurated its 𝟱-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 (𝗙𝗗𝗣) 𝗼𝗻 "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿: 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗘𝗿𝗮," aimed at strengthening the human skills that remain indispensable in AI-enabled education. The inaugural session was graced by the presence of 𝗛𝗼𝗻'𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗷 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗿𝗮𝗼; 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗷 𝗚𝗼𝗲𝗹; 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿-𝗖𝗥𝗣𝗖, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗯𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘃 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗷𝗮; 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 - 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗖𝗥𝗣𝗖, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗮. The programme commenced with the inaugural session, "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀" conducted by Prof. Shrikant Keshav (Assistant Professor). The session encouraged participants to reflect on the importance of interpersonal effectiveness in creating meaningful learning experiences. This was followed by a session on "𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺" by Prof. Komal Mehrotra. The session focused on three key pillars-psychological safety, collaborative learning, and facilitation skills-supported by real-life examples, case studies, and engaging discussions. Through interactive activities and reflective exercises, participants explored concepts such as 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄, and understanding Generation Z learners. The session also introduced the SETRI Model (Situation → Emotion → Thought → Response → Impact), emphasizing that while situations may not always be within our control, our responses determine the impact we create. A key takeaway from the programme was that establishing psychological safety in the classroom strengthens trust between teachers and students, fosters a sense of belonging, encourages active participation, and ultimately leads to deeper learning outcomes. The programme reinforced a powerful message for educators navigating the AI era: "AI informs. Educators transform.
