Future-ready machines need the next generation of experts. At Kiefel, developing those experts starts long before a first job and continues well beyond graduation. At our Young Talents Day, students explored the technologies, career paths and people behind Kiefel and gained first-hand insights into our industry. We also celebrated the graduation of eight apprentices and dual students. We are especially proud that all eight graduates, recognized by Matthias Sieverding and Axel Greschitz during the ceremony, will continue their careers with us at Kiefel in logistics, project management, product management and production. Different stages, one common goal: developing the expertise and fresh perspectives that drive innovation forward. For a technology company like Kiefel, the exchange between experienced colleagues and young talent is essential. It strengthens our expertise, brings in new ideas and helps us continue developing the technologies and solutions our customers rely on. We also see it as our responsibility to help inspire and develop the next generation of experts our industry will need in the future. How is your organization helping to develop the next generation of experts?
