Over the coming weeks, we'll introduce the individuals who make Kickstart what it is. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗮. "Don't be afraid of anything. The world is full of challenges and new opportunities." Blanka Skacelova works behind the scenes to keep Kickstart running, connecting people, coordinating projects, and bringing structure and care into every detail of what we do together. Her background spans economics, business administration, and international experience across the Czech Republic and Mexico. She brings project management, financial literacy, and a genuine people-first approach to her work, shaped by years in client relations and cross-industry coordination. What drew her to Kickstart? The chance to 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟴𝟬+ 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀, and where the people making that happen genuinely care about getting it right. One thing that surprised her most after joining: how much you can learn just from the people around you. Operations, planning, coordination, communication, and keeping projects on track. And with 343 deals built since 2015, there's always something moving! 𝗢𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗿: "Impact means making a positive difference, helping people, contributing to a strong team, and leaving things better than I found them. Real impact is when the work you do continues to matter even after the moment has passed."
