Welcome to Alessia Airaldi, our new 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 🌟 Alessia is currently pursuing a MSc in International Business Development – University of Neuchâtel, building on a Bachelor’s degree in #Communication focused on enterprise, markets, and society. “What I like most about my academic path is exactly this combination: understanding not only how businesses operate, but also the cultural and human dynamics that shape markets and decisions.” 🌍Her international academic journey across Switzerland, combined with an exchange at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, has shaped her strong interest in cross-cultural management, #globalstrategy, #innovation, and #sustainability At Kickstart, Alessia supports scouting and outreach in the Health & Wellbeing and Smart Cities areas, as well as marketing and communications activities 🚀 With her international mindset and strong understanding of both business and human dynamics, Alessia will contribute to supporting collaboration across our ecosystem and to increasing the visibility and impact of our innovation activities. 🏇She is passionate about running and horse riding, which she has practiced for over ten years.
