I have recently completed Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution Specialisation from Coursera. I would like to thank Coursera ESSEC Business School as the courses have helped me gain more knowledge in the field of Mediation and Negotiation #Coursera. The specialisation included four courses and also included the capstone project. The tasks helped me develop better understanding of negotiation and mediation process. The tasks also helped me in practically learning how to lead mediation process. This helped me develop better cross-cultural anticipation and flexibility when facing a negotiation or mediation.
