Ten lines, four bottling plants, one customer. 🙌 With this major project for C’estbon in China, we show what integrated PET line expertise means on an industrial scale. 🇨🇳 💡 The lines have been configured for various formats: outputs of up to 81,000 bottles per hour are possible for containers holding 350 to 555 milliliters and of 35,000 bottles every 60 minutes for combined lines with bottle sizes of between 350 milliliters and 2.08 liters. ⚙️ The heart of the line our KHS InnoPET BloFill, our efficient stretch blow molder/filler block for the high-performance range. Equipped with an NIR heater and AirbackPlus technology, it uses up to 40% less energy compared to conventional systems. The KHS InnoPET BloFill is also convincing with its low material consumption and the integrated CLever-Loc mold shell system considerably minimizes the amount of maintenance required. The lines also include our KHS Innoket Neo for labeling, our KHS Innoline BTR for efficient bottle conveying and our KHS Innopack Kisters packer for shrink and wrap-around packs. The line is rounded off by a KHS Innopal PB for fully automatic palletizing. All machines are from a single source – and perfectly coordinated with one another.
