Why? Because someone has to take the low-paying jobs so profits keep flowing upward. If every hardworking person became rich, who’s left to do the work nobody wants? The system will collapse overnight. So no. capitalism doesn’t reward work. It rewards ownership or capital. You just work? You get paid enough to keep the machine running. For every one person who makes it from nothing, millions stay exactly where they are. And those “rags to riches” stories? They’re not the rule. They’re the marketing. We need that one success story so everyone else keeps believing, keeps grinding, keeps the system alive. #kbhsays
