𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩 Simp = someone who goes overboard to display excessive attention, devotion or submissiveness towards another person, often doing things, praising, or sacrificing for another person, without getting the same in return. 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞s: Dropping everything at 3 am just to pick her/him up from a party that you are not invited to → simp. Chasing after his/her approval until you lose your self-respect. → simp. Paying for every meal, every ride, every tiny thing, even when he/she never offers once → simp. Writing long essays in his or her DMs while he/she replies “k” → simp. Being the office dumpster, where he/she comes to you expecting you to cover his/her work. → simp. 𝐓𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬, If you can make men simp for you, then just do it. That’s not manipulative, that’s leverage. That’s how the world works. You’ve been sidelined, underestimated, and told to “wait your turn” for centuries. Now you’ve got a card to play? Play it. No guilt. No apology. And yes, no doubt, the uglier ones will hate you for it. However, without a shadow of doubt, they will do the same if they have such an advantage.
