If the team are already all one gender, maybe adding another of the same will prevent disharmony, or adding another of the opposite will bring a a fresh perspective? Sometimes we need masculine energy. Sometimes we need a feminine touch. Specific jobs call for one or the other. Sureโฆ I get it.ย Some females may exhibit masculine or fatherly energy, while some males may display feminine or motherly side. You will be unfairly overlooked. But hereโs the problem: not every employer has the luxury of time to sit around โdiscoveringโ that hidden side of you.
