Deterministic controls: notes from the build. On 6 July 2026 Huminetic decided to move from a single agent to a thin router plus three specialist agents: AP intake, AR collections and reporting. Reasons for the split: a shared prompt past four thousand tokens let AP instructions bleed into AR drafts, one agent facing 28 MCP tools occasionally picked the wrong tool, and changes could not be evaluated in isolation. Huminetic describes its posture as SOC 2-aligned practices, explicitly not a certification claim and never presented as a guarantee. Building this in the open — more soon.
