After 3 years and 7 months, I've said my goodbyes to Ohmium — and what a journey it has been. Ohmium brought me closer to engineering than I had ever been since graduating from IIT — working deeply alongside a brilliant set of engineers and operators. And that proximity changed me in ways I didn't expect. A few things I'll carry with me always: 1) There's something irreplaceable about being in a room full of brilliant minds, asking a question, and having some of the sharpest engineers I've ever met pause and say, "Wow, that's a good question." No validation has ever meant more to me. 2) The values I had built over the years — rigour, perseverance, first-principles thinking — turned out to be exactly what this environment needed. I didn't realise how much I had learned until I saw it show up here, every single day. 3) Green hydrogen isn't the easiest path. But sitting close to the work, watching the technology mature, and seeing the dedication of the people driving it — I've never been more certain that it's the right one. That conviction will stay with me wherever I go. The friendships I've built over these three and a half years are ones I didn't see coming — and ones I'll hold close for a long time. To those who put up with my intensity, my unending questions, and my relentless chasing down of what we needed to deliver — you know who you are, and I'm grateful you stuck around. To everyone at Ohmium — thank you for the mentorship, the guidance, and the warmth. My heart will always root for your success. On to the next chapter in few days! Thank you for the opportunity and for all the love and support!
