In the airport sector, training is not limited to transferring technical knowledge. It is about developing teams capable of working and making decisions in highly sensitive operational environments where delays and mistakes are not acceptable. System success depends not only on equipment quality, but also on the readiness of those responsible for operating and maintaining it. خلال عملي في مشاريع المطارات، شاركت في بيئة جمعت بين تشغيل الأنظمة القائمة، وتنفيذ مشاريع تطوير البنية التحتية، وإدخال أنظمة ومعدات حديثة للخدمة. هذا التنوع منحني فرصة لفهم العلاقة بين التشغيل والصيانة والتطوير من منظور عملي وميداني. During my airport projects, I worked in an environment that combined live operations, infrastructure upgrades, and the integration of new systems and equipment. This experience provided a practical understanding of the relationship between operations, maintenance, and modernization. وبصفتي حاصلاً على شهادة TOT، كنت أحرص على أن يكون التدريب مرتبطاً بالواقع التشغيلي الفعلي، مع التركيز على التعامل مع الأعطال الحرجة، وإدارة الأولويات أثناء التشغيل، وفهم تأثير أي قرار فني على جاهزية المطار واستمرارية الخدمة. As a certified TOT professional, I focused on delivering training linked to real operational challenges, including critical fault management, prioritization during live operations, and understanding how technical decisions affect airport readiness and service continuity. كما شاركت في تدريب وتأهيل الفرق التشغيلية على الأنظمة الجديدة قبل دخولها الخدمة، والتأكد من فهم إجراءات التشغيل والصيانة والسلامة، بما يضمن انتقالاً سلساً بين الأنظمة القديمة والحديثة دون التأثير على التشغيل. I also participated in preparing operational teams for newly deployed systems, ensuring a clear understanding of operation, maintenance, and safety requirements to support a smooth transition between legacy and modern systems without affecting ongoing operations. ومن أبرز النتائج العملية أن التدريب والجاهزية التشغيلية ساهمتا في تعزيز سرعة الاستجابة للأعطال. فعلى الرغم من أن الحد الأعلى المسموح للاستجابة للأعطال الحرجة كان 45 دقيقة، فقد تمكنت بفضل الله من المحافظة على زمن استجابة لم يتجاوز 23 دقيقة طوال فترة المشروع. One of the most significant outcomes was the positive impact of training and readiness on response performance.
