As a Global Board Member of The Marketing Society, I am feeling both proud and optimistic. The numbers tell an impressive story: • Highest surplus in the Society’s history • Fifth consecutive year of profitable growth • Positive retained earnings for the first time in more than five years • Growing membership across our global network • Strong evidence that we are making a meaningful impact on careers, leadership and professional development But for me, the real story goes beyond the numbers. In a world where marketing is being reshaped by AI, changing business models, economic uncertainty and shifting consumer expectations, the need for strong marketing leadership has never been greater. The Marketing Society continues to provide something increasingly valuable: a community that brings together ambitious, generous and thoughtful leaders who want to learn, challenge themselves and help each other succeed. Having been part of this Society for more than a decade, I can honestly say I have never seen it stronger, more relevant or more ambitious. A huge thank you to Sophie Devonshire⚡️ and the entire team, along with my fellow Board Members, Hub Chairs, partners and volunteers who make this possible. The work continues, but this is a milestone worth celebrating.
