🚀 It’s done. And it’s redefining Vilnius’ skyline. From vision to reality – the Sąvaržėlė Business Center on Konstitucijos Avenue is now complete. What was once an ambitious concept is now a bold architectural statement in the heart of Vilnius. Designed by RSHP, the architecture studio founded by Richard Rogers, this 7-storey, 21 000 m² building brings together innovation, sustainability and engineering precision. 💡 What makes Sąvaržėlė stand out? A complex facade that pushed engineering boundaries – from steel-supported systems and cantilevered elements to precision-engineered solutions developed for one of Vilnius’ most distinctive new office buildings. 🏗️Our contribution KG Constructions Group delivered nearly the entire building envelope: – 10,317 m² of unitised and stick facade systems (544 façade elements installed) – Door and skylight systems – Around 80% of the exterior and 97% of vertical facade surfaces 🌿 Built for tomorrow Smart shading, natural light optimisation and a target of BREEAM “Outstanding” certification – because great buildings do not just look good. They perform. This project was not just built – it was engineered to stand out. Sąvaržėlė is no longer a plan.
