The real blocker to AI adoption in game development is not access to tools. It’s unanswered questions. Jon Gibson recently spoke about this on The Game Business Show. He pointed out that most developers are not saying no to AI outright. They are asking the questions any studio should be able to answer clearly. Does this tool help? Is it safe? Does it fit the pipeline? Does it complement the talent that already exists in the studio or across the wider industry? That is where culture comes in. 💡 Because if people understand what a tool is for, why it is being introduced, and how it affects their role, trust grows. If they do not, concern grows and adoption stalls. For AI to add real value, teams need more than access to technology. They need clarity. They need confidence. They need to know it is there to support talent, not threaten it. Jon gets into this in more detail here: https://lnkd.in/e5DA_Vwr #BrandPartnership
