The ability to lead is an honor and privilege a that should never be taken lightly. How you lead says more about you than who you lead. Organizations share common visions and values that are built around its purpose. We must be who and what we were created to be purposefully. We can’t be jacks of all trades but masters of none. Who we are and what we do we must be great at it. We must master the things that only we can do and strive to be excellent at those things. Don’t train/practice until you get it right, strive to train/practice until you can’t get it wrong no matter the external factors or operating environment. Thank you Devon Robinson, MSL, BSL, ASL for capturing and expounding on this topic and driving conversations that are centered around leader development and true talent management.
