Despite 3 months of formal correspondence, recorded letters, UFC-Que Choisir involvement, DGCCRF notification and multiple legal deadlines — Transakauto and VP Autos continue to point fingers at each other while I am left with the consequences. This is not acceptable from any company, let alone one operating a national network across France. The management of this company should be ashamed of how a vulnerable foreign national living alone in rural France has been treated. I have contacted Blanche Rondeau and Michaël Ledoux directly on multiple occasions. Their silence speaks volumes about the values of this organisation. The legal seller, VP Autos / Philippe Vaucoret, 27 Avenue de Bordeaux, Narbonne, has ignored two recorded letters and all correspondence for 3 months. This case has been formally reported to the DGCCRF fraud investigation team, UFC-Que Choisir, and signal.conso.gouv.fr. Transakauto committed on the French government platform signal.conso to comply with applicable regulations — a commitment they have completely ignored. Legal proceedings are now being prepared at the tribunal judiciaire de Narbonne. UPDATE: Transakauto Développement has publicly responded claiming they were unaware of this dispute before my review. This is inaccurate — emails were sent directly to Transakauto head office and senior management including the Directrice Générale and founder on multiple occasions since June 2026. Transakauto Narbonne publicly committed on the French government platform signal.conso.gouv.fr to comply with applicable regulations — a commitment that has not been honoured. VP Autos confirmed on the same platform that Transakauto took responsibility for the guarantee and carte grise transfer under a €990 contract. UFC-Que Choisir is formally involved and legal proceedings are now underway.
