District Manager @ Prime Communications | Multi-Store Operations | Training Specialist

When I stepped into my role as District Manager, I wanted to challenge the status quo. Like many leaders, I pushed hard for results, but I also found myself falling short in areas without fully understanding why. After completing my in-person leadership training, I had a realization: our biggest opportunity wasn’t another sales strategy or operational change—it was creating an identity that our team could believe in. So instead of deciding on my own, I asked the people who matter most—our team. I invited everyone to vote on a team name and share what we needed to become to make a lasting impact. The result was Green Mountain Elite (GME). To me, GME is much more than a name or a logo. It’s a commitment to the three things that drive great teams: People. Process. Passion. When we invest in our people, commit to a consistent process, and bring passion to everything we do, performance becomes the outcome—not the objective. This is the beginning of a new chapter for our district. A culture built on development, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Because elite teams don’t stand still. They CLIMB. ⛰️ Green Mountain Elite People. Process. Passion. Always Be Climbing.
