Bio: Sabahat Baştuğ is a seasoned Product Manager who began her career as an Analyst Specialist at Kariyer.net and has since spent 13 years building products at some of Turkey's most iconic and large-scale companies. With experience spanning e-commerce, retail, tourism, and sports, she has worked across Hürriyet, Metglobal, Etstur, Ototrink, Fenerbahçe SK, Hepsiburada, and Boyner — bringing deep cross-industry expertise to every role she has taken on. As Senior Product Manager at Fenerbahçe SK, Baştuğ led the cleansing of 30 million fan records to establish a "Single View of Fan" architecture, managed the go-live of the club's Super App, and contributed to the end-to-end setup of crypto operations. At Hepsiburada, she digitalized the automated rebate and discount management system for thousands of suppliers, driving a 30% increase in campaign participation. She currently serves as Senior Product Manager at Boyner Büyük Mağazacılık, overseeing the operational infrastructure of 200+ stores, delivering 100M+ TL in annual savings, and driving the digital transformation of one of Türkiye’s largest retail chains.
