Bio: Okan Doğan is a Software Engineering Specialist in AI & Human Data at xAI — the artificial intelligence company founded by Elon Musk — and one of Turkey's most exciting young names in the AI ecosystem. His career began with data annotation on Ford Otosan's L4 autonomous driving team, grew through global companies like Bomensoft, Scale AI, and Outlier, and has now brought him to the very core of training some of the world's most advanced LLM models. While studying Information Systems Engineering at Sakarya University, he spent time at the University of Milan through the Erasmus+ program, building a strong foundation in machine learning, LLMOps, and software development. He went on to lead a 35-person coding pod at Scale AI, and at xAI has been deeply involved in training AI models to write better code and developing Computer Use Agents (CUA) — one of the hottest frontiers in AI today.
