What does Pride Month mean in practice? At Kering, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone can express themselves freely, feel respected, and thrive. This commitment is embedded at Group level through our adherence to the UN Standards of Conduct on tackling discrimination against LGBTI people, and brought to life across our Houses and regions. Through initiatives such as our global ALL employee network, and the engagement of our teams in Pride marches and local initiatives, our people actively foster awareness, dialogue, and allyship worldwide. Across the Group, our Houses also contribute through partnerships and community engagement, supporting organizations and creating spaces for learning and action. This Pride Month, we brought these conversations to life through a livestream exploring how fashion can act as a catalyst for visibility and empowerment of the LGBTQIA+ community, amplifying diverse voices and perspectives both within and beyond the Group.
