Our award-winning 𝗨-𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 continues to make waves on the global stage, this time receiving the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 from the Council on Vertical Urbanism (CVU).   Rising above Jeddah Corniche, the 260-meter mixed-use development draws inspiration from the Red Sea's coral ecosystems, with its distinctive "Porifera" design creating a striking architectural identity rooted in place.
