Five Kent State students from Rwanda recently completed their first flights at the Kent State University Airport, marking an exciting milestone in their academic journey. Cedric Hindura, Francis Shyaka, Henry Kenny Hagenimana, Milka Isingizwe and Patricie Mugabo, were chosen from more than 2,600 applicants to train in Kent State's nationally recognized aeronautics program before returning home to begin careers with RwandAir Ltd. Their achievement reflects the power of global partnerships, determination and opportunity.
